Although our help desk is manned 8am - 5pm PST Monday through Friday we would prefer a help desk ticket if possible.  If you have already visited this page and opened a ticket it is easier for our technicians to help you and in most cases faster than a phone call.

Help Desk Ticket  - Click on this option to open a help desk ticket.  Use this choice to log your problem and expect a response within 4 hours.  This choice follows the normal help desk procedures within Virtual400.

If you wish you may call our 800 number and talk directly with the technician assigned to your ticket.  To get service after hours, weekends and holidays you must open a help desk ticket.
